Return Policy

All products purchased may be returned within 30 days of the date they were shipped as long as they are in the original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation provided with the product at the time of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) is required for all returns. You may request a RMA by following the process outlined below. Returns will be inspected and processed in the order in which they are received. Assuming your return meets the conditions in this policy, a refund to your original form of payment will be issued and may take several days by your financial institution to process. Returns that do not have a RMA; that have been modified in any way; that do not include all original documentation; or that show any sign of wear or damage will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the customer who shipped the return to us. Returns are not permitted for any custom jewelry requests (including personal engravement, custom name jewelry pieces, etc.) Customers may not initiate more than 2 returns in any 12 month period.

Return Process

Initiate a return by emailing or going to the return page on the Grand Lux website. We will send a prepaid, insured shipping label and packing list to your email address. The label will contain the RMA number which must be visible on the outside of the package. The packing list must be included in the package with your return. Once we send a shipping label and packing, you have 7 days to ship us the product and all original documentation provided with the product at the time of purchase. Any product that does not contain the lab grown diamond certificate is subject to a fee of $25.00 withheld from the refund in order to cover our cost of obtaining a new certificate. Place the product inside the original jewelry box and place the jewelry box, other material, and packing slip into a shipping box. If possible, use the original shipping box from your order. Alternatively, purchase a shipping box from FedEx.

Drop off the shipping box at a FedEx location. We are not responsible for packages left in FedEx drop boxes or non-staffed locations. Obtain a receipt from FedEx to confirm that your package has been received by FedEx. Once we receive the shipment from FedEx, we will inspect it and process your return. This process may take up to two weeks (or ten business days.) Assuming your return meets the conditions in this policy, a refund to your original form of payment will be issued and may take several days by your financial institution to process.
