What does Grand Lux packaging look like?
Every Grand Lux purchase is beautifully presented in our signature luxury jewelry box, making it perfect for gifting or celebrating life's special moments.
For your security, all shipments arrive in discreet, unbranded packaging with no indication that the package contains jewelry or diamonds.
What is your return policy?
We proudly offer complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase on eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and documentation
- Include the original IGI diamond certificate (replacement certificates are subject to a $25 fee)
Custom jewelry, personalized engravings, and custom name pieces are not eligible for return.
To help protect against abuse of our return policy, customers may initiate a maximum of two returns within a 12-month period.

How do I initiate a return?
Returns begin by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through our website.
Once approved, we'll email you:
- A prepaid FedEx shipping label
- A packing slip
- Return instructions
Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving your label.
Whenever possible, return your jewelry in its original box with all accompanying documentation.
After receiving your package, our team will carefully inspect your item. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, with funds returned to your original payment method based on your financial institution's processing times.
What if I ordered the wrong ring size?

Many rings can be professionally resized for an additional fee. However, certain styles—such as full eternity bands—cannot be resized without compromising the integrity of the design. If resizing isn't possible, we'll work with you to find the perfect replacement.
What happens after I place an order?

Before your order leaves our showroom, our team performs multiple quality inspections to ensure every detail meets our standards.
Each piece also receives a complimentary professional ultrasonic cleaning before shipment.
Orders are shipped securely via FedEx, and you'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How should I clean and care for my jewelry?
Every Grand Lux purchase includes a complimentary polishing cloth to help keep your jewelry looking its best.
For routine at-home cleaning:
- Fill a small bowl with warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap.
- Gently clean the jewelry using a soft cloth or a new, soft-bristle toothbrush.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the piece to air dry on a soft cloth before polishing.
Avoid using toothpaste, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage precious metals or gemstones.
We also recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected at least once a year to ensure stones remain secure and your piece continues to sparkle beautifully.
To extend the life of your jewelry, remove it before applying lotions, using household cleaners, exercising, swimming, or performing strenuous activities.
